Refund policy

We do not accept returns. If you receive the wrong size of your piece of clothing, you can return it to the address provided below and the correct size will be sent to you. A store credit will be returned to you for use in the store within 30 days. Our pieces are limited so if there is not the same print or design you can choose another piece, everything will depend on the availability of pieces at the time of return.

If the piece was sent with the wrong size, you must resend it to the address below:

If you receive clothes damage, you must take a photo of it and send it by email info@lookingaliveclub with your full name and order number that appears in your email at the time of completing the order to assess the situation.

This policy lasts for 10 calendar days (this includes Saturday and Sunday) starting from the day the part is received. After these 10 days, we will not be able to make credit.
