Shipping policy

Shipping costs $10.00. Shipments are made within a period of 3 to 5 business days as long as it is not a pre-order. The approximate time for a pre-order piece is 4 to 5 weeks. Pre-order products will be labeled in the photos and description.

The estimated time to receive your package will depend on the location and the mail.

***We are not responsible for the package once left in the mail, this includes lost packages and/or addresses that have been written incorrectly. If you need help with a lost package, you can provide information from our system such as the address established in the system, order number, proof of shipment, beyond this it would be directly with the mail. If the package is returned to the wrong address, you will have to pay for the shipping again.

All packages are sent through USPS (United States Postal Service) for the United States and Puerto Rico. Once your package has been sent, you will receive an email with the tracking number with which you could make any type of claim directly with the post office if the package does not reach its destination.

The address used for shipping is the one you write at the time of purchase, that is, addresses will not be taken from other platforms, for example, PayPal. Make sure it is spelled correctly.
